FAQ's

All Jars are are Fermented Over 45 Days!

My Jar was Leaking.. What's Up With That?

Because our garlic honey is alive and naturally fermenting, it can build slight pressure during shipping—especially in warmer climates like Arizona.

We seal every jar carefully, but minor leakage can happen in transit.

This does not affect quality or safety.

Pro tip: Store upright and “burp” the jar (crack the lid briefly) if pressure builds.

What's The Difference Between Raw Honey & Regular Honey?

We use raw, unprocessed honey—not the ultra-filtered, heated honey you find in most stores.

That means:

• More natural enzymes

• More nutrients

• Better flavor

• No added junk

Regular honey is often stripped of what makes honey powerful. Ours isn’t.

Why is the honey watery?

During the fermentation process the garlic releases nutrients into the honey and thins it out. It's very normal.

What does the garlic taste like?

After 30 days of fermenting the garlic starts to mellow out and taste more like candy. It often gets better with time.

Will It Spike My Blood Sugar?

Honey is naturally high in sugar, but many customers report a more balanced feel when combined with garlic and fermentation. Long term is contains blood sugar lowering properties.

If you’re monitoring blood sugar, use in moderation.

How Do I Take My Garlic & Honey?

Simple:

  • Eat 1 clove daily

  • Take a spoonful of honey

  • Add to tea, toast, or meals

Some take it in the morning, others before bed—there’s no wrong way.

Why does it bubble or smell?

That's a sign of natural fermentation - It's normal and means it's active.

What Should I Do With The Honey Afer The Garlic Is Gone?

Don’t waste it—that’s the best part.

Use it:

  • In tea

  • On toast

  • In recipes

  • As a daily wellness spoon

It’s fully infused and packed with flavor + benefits.

I Don't Like The Taste..

Totally fair—it’s bold.

Garlic honey has a sweet, tangy, slightly sharp flavor. Most people grow to love it after a few tries.

Try mixing it into tea or food first—it makes a huge difference.

My Jar isn't Filled To The Top

We fill by weight, not volume to ensure consistency in every jar.

Because garlic settles and honey shifts, the jar may not appear “full”—but you’re getting the full amount every time.

Is Fermented Garlic and Honey Safe?
